The Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Education-Teaching and Examination Regulation ARTICLE 18 –(2) “A student who has failed a course in previous semesters after meeting the attendance requirement may not continue to attend these courses, provided that they take the midterm exams. However, the grade values of students who have a midterm exam score of 50 or above in previous semesters are preserved in the Student Information System. A student who wishes to raise their grade value may take the midterm exam during the semester. In this case, the most recent grade value they have received will be valid and entered into the system by the instructor of the course.” In accordance with these provisions regarding the request to preserve the midterm (quiz) grade;

-        -Students who have a midterm exam score of 50 (fifty) or above in courses they have failed in previous semesters (excluding those who failed due to attendance) and who wish to preserve their midterm (quiz) grade must fill out the relevant form attached and submit it to the Student Affairs Unit by March 31, 2022.

-     -Students who do not have a midterm (quiz) grade preservation petition will not have their petitions processed if submitted during the midterm week or afterwards. Students in this situation must take the midterm exams. After taking the midterm exam for the course they have failed, the student cannot request midterm (quiz) grade preservation; the last grade they received is valid.

-          -This application is valid for students subject to the absolute evaluation system of our Faculty.
